Levels
The Gurubashi Arena chest spawns every 3 hours. One of these spawn times is during the weekly maintenance. You can log off near the chest the day before mainentance and then log in immediately after the maintenance is over. You'll be able to retrieve the chest quickly without competition.
1. Log off on Gurubashi Arena near the chest on Tuesday
2. Log in on Wednesday right after the weekly maintenance is over
3. The chest spawns during maintenance and you should be able to get it before anyone else does.
