Levels
Every couple of days an Earth Elemental Invasion takes place in Northeastern Azshara. This brings Avalanchion and his earth elemental invaders to Azshara. The elementals are a good mob to farm for Essence of Earth and Avalanchion (who can be soloed) drops some good loot.
1. Very similar to other elemental invasions in the game: Water Elementals in Winterspring, Fire Elementals in Un'Goro, Air Elementals in Silithus
2. The invasion lasts as long as Avanchion is alive which means that the elementals keep respawning and you can farm them for Essence of Earth.
3. You know that the invasion is going on when you hear Avalanchion yelling in Azshara.
4. The boss Avalanchion (L58 Elite) can drop some valuable items like Avalanchion's Stony Hide and Ace of Elementals. There has been reports of people soloing him with the right class+equipment+skills but that isn't going to be easy.
