Tar Beasts/Creepers/Lords in Northern Un'Goro crater are relatively easy to farm mobs who drop epics. As always, the drop rate is very low but patient farmers will be rewarded by occassional epic drops.
Tar Beasts, Tar Creepers and Tar Lords have a tiny change of dropping Stonerender Gauntlets, Stockade Pauldrons, Eye of Flame, Hurricane and Krol Blade.
